ONCE A FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED ON YOUR BOOKING WITH US AND YOU FIND YOURSELF UNABLE TO VISIT - YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS IN RELATION TO THE PAYMENTS ALREADY MADE TO THULA GAME LODGE.IF YOU CANCEL 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL YOU WILL RECEIVE A 80% REFUND OF THE TOTAL PAYMENT.

IF YOU CANCEL 2 MONTHS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL YOU WILL RECEIVE A 50% REFUND OF THE TOTAL PAYMENT.

IF YOU CANCEL 1 MONTH BEFORE ARRIVAL NO REFUND WILL BE MADE.

YOU CAN ALSO CHOOSE- TO TRANSFER YOUR BOOKING TO ANOTHER PERSON OR NOMINEE.

YOU MAY CHANGE YOUR RESERVED DATES TO A LATER OR EARLIER DATE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY IN OUR LODGE.

AFTER ARRIVAL SHOULD YOU WISH TO CUT YOUR STAY SHORT, NO REFUND WILL BE MADE.

NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR BOOKINGS MADE IN DECEMBER AND JANUARY. CANCELLATION REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO info@thula.co.za

THULA GAME LODGE HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE BOOKING SHOULD PAYMENT NOT BE RECEIVED.


NO SHOW FEE:

IF YOU MAKE A BOOKING, PAY YOUR DEPOSIT, BUT NEVER ARRIVE AT THE LODGE AND DO NOT INFORM US, THE FULL-AMOUNT OF 100% IS PAYABLE.
